In addition, Thélios owns two proprietary brands, Barton Perreira and Vuarnet . RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE - BARTON PERREIRA This role is based in our Aspen location in Colorado. • Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brand. • Build and cultivate long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients. • Meet individual and store sales targets and goals. • Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the end result of improving sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction. • Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image. • Adhere to all company policies and procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned. 1+ years of Sales experience (eyewear, jewelry, fashion a plus). Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all partners and clients. Excellent written and verbal communications skills with outstanding negotiation and presentation skills. Self-starter with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for eyewear and quality design. Genuine passion and advocate of diversity and inclusion and integrates this mentality when making all business decisions (both internal and external). Has a flexible schedule as occasional evening and weekend work may be required. An optician license or certification is preferred, but not required. The hiring range for this position ranges from $70,000-90,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
