WHAT YOU’LL DO As Area Manager, you lead and develop a group of stores together with Store Managers to drive strong business results, operational excellence, and outstanding customer experience. • Be accountable for financial targets, monitor results and act on KPIs to improve performance across your stores. • Drive local sales and executions of commercial activities in line with global strategies, while ensuring stores follow H&M standards, routines and policies. • Lead, coach and inspire Store Managers and store teams, setting clear priorities, empowering decision-making and securing strong execution. • Recruit, develop and secure succession for future store leaders, while strengthening an inclusive culture through feedback, leadership development and consistent communication. • Partner with People, Expansion, Tech, Visual and other support functions to solve challenges, support rollouts and secure smooth, safe and cost-efficient store operations. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH As an Area Manager, you’ll work closely with Store Managers and cross-functional partners across all functions to drive commercial performance, operational excellence and consistent customer experience across multiple stores. This role will be reporting to Sales Manager.
