In 2025, Kering employed 44,000 people and generated revenue of €14.7 billion Job Description Your opportunity As Kering Multibrand Outlet Store Manager, you will lead as a strategist (inside and outside the store) being responsible for store results, people development and growth, client experience, development, and engagement, in addition to store operations. You will be a cross-functional leader leveraging on all internal and external opportunities to optimize business performance, ensure seamless store functionality, and create an unsurpassed luxury service culture in the store. You will guarantee efficiency and effectiveness in driving and executing the company’s strategy through maintaining strategic, operational, and floor leadership of the store. You will embody and foster excellence, hospitality, and passion through consistent role modeling of Kering Multibrand Outlet’s values and the brand’s client-centric strategy. How you will contribute Client Experience Lead the team in delivering an exceptional client-centric service and after-sales experience, ensuring consistently high levels of client satisfaction. Promote brand awareness, establish market/store presence, and capture competitive market share through community outreach and company-sponsored events. Inspire, coach, and foster collaboration across the team to enhance clienteling activities, knowledge sharing, and continuous development. Ensure the development, implementation, and execution of company CRM initiatives by guiding and challenging the team to devise and implement effective action plans and personalized future client development opportunities. Partner closely with the Client Engagement team to identify and maximize business development opportunities, leveraging a top-client strategy to retain, nurture, and grow high-potential clients, with a particular focus on the Top 100. Champion the effective use of clienteling tools to strengthen client loyalty, drive client acquisition, and enhance overall engagement. Oversee client flow on the sales floor, ensuring every client receives personalized attention and an outstanding luxury experience. Coach and support the team in proactively resolving client issues, with the objective of strengthening long-term client relationships and loyalty. Lead the execution of local events and product launches, ensuring strong client participation and achievement of business objectives. Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, market opportunities, and local trends to identify opportunities for growth and client development. Leading People Act as a role model for people by embodying a passionate attitude and demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and servant leadership with people and clients. Assist and guide your team in managing the performance and the development of their teams ensuring high engagement of top performers and effective improvement of bottom performers. Partner closely with your line manager and People Partners to address employee relations matters promptly, professionally, and effectively. Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline through networking and competitive headhunting. Ensure a consistent, welcoming, and effective Multi Brand Outlet onboarding experience that enables new hires to integrate quickly and perform successfully. Sales Performance Partner cross-functionally to drive and maximize sales performance, consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs while ensuring operational excellence and optimizing monthly profitability. Develop and lead innovative, collaborative initiatives that enable Multi brand Outlet to capitalize on market opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage. Demonstrate strong sales leadership by maintaining a visible presence on the sales floor, coordinating Front-of-House and Back-of-House activities, engaging with top clients, and ensuring exceptional client service and hospitality. Ensure the management of stock levels to maximize selling of high value items and maintain a high sell-through, as well as alignment with new product launches. Ensure the effective rollout of training priorities through managers and the training team, guaranteeing that all employees are fully equipped with brand knowledge and seasonal strategies. Drive the achievement of company KPIs by coaching, guiding, and challenging teams to implement corrective action plans and performance improvement strategies when needed. Optimize workforce planning by ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and schedules to support sales growth and deliver outstanding client service. Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including product offerings, sales trends, talent strategies, clienteling initiatives, and key market launches. Running the House Ensure compliance with and promote adherence to all company policies and procedures across Operations, People, and Security. Monitor and optimize stock levels through close collaboration with key business partners to maximize full-price sales, support product launches, and maintain strong sell-through performance. Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention procedures, including self-audits, cycle counts, incident reporting, and inventory reconciliations, with the objective of keeping inventory shrinkage below company targets. Prepare accurate monthly schedules and ensure the timely submission of payroll information for all team members. Oversee all inbound and outbound merchandise requests and shipments. Support and monitor after-sales service operations within the store. Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are consistently executed in line with Global VM guidelines. Promote and maintain compliance with all health, safety, and security standards. Ensure company assets are properly maintained and organized in accordance with front-of-house and back-of-house standards. Act as a brand ambassador by consistently reflecting the Multi brand Outlet image through professional appearance and adherence to company grooming standards. Who you are Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred. High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence a team. Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Industry awareness, commercial knowledge, and strong business and financial acumen. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills. Passion for the Fashion Industry.
