Sales & Marketing Project Manager - Full Time (6 months)

Acqua di Parma is an iconic Italian luxury perfumery House, founded in 1916. Renowned for its artisanal savoir-faire, timeless elegance, and refined Italian lifestyle, the House is part of the prestigious LVMH Group. Currently undergoing an ambitious transformation phase, Acqua di Parma aims to establish itself as the benchmark for Italian luxury lifestyle. As Retail & Commercial Project Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial and marketing development of Acqua di Parma in the Benelux market. You will be an essential ambassador for the brand, responsible for sales performance, point-of-sale visibility, and enhancing Acqua di Parma's image among our partners. You will actively contribute to the House's revival and its positioning as a major player in the luxury lifestyle sector. • Commercial Development & Performance Monitoring: • Represent Acqua di Parma to a portfolio of approximately 40 existing retailers. • Ensure the sell-in of new collections and the product catalog. • Monitor sales figures, analyze performance, and ensure the achievement of commercial objectives. • Assess the development potential of each visited point of sale and propose optimization strategies. • Trade Marketing & Merchandising: • Determine the best merchandising presentation and optimal product assortment for each point of sale. • Collaborate closely with brand headquarters for the implementation and optimization of merchandising guidelines. • Implement trade marketing plans, in collaboration with the internal marketing team, to boost sales and visibility. • Point of Sale Training & Animation: • Train retail teams on Acqua di Parma products, history, and values to ensure excellent customer service. • Animate and motivate sales teams to maximize engagement and performance. • Reporting & Analysis: • Provide regular reports on commercial activity, performance, and actions taken. • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities. Skills & Experience: First successful experience in a commercial and/or marketing role, ideally in the luxury, perfumery, or cosmetics sector. Demonstrated ability to manage a client portfolio and achieve commercial objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques. Good knowledge of marketing and merchandising. Mandatory fluency in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken). Valid driving license.
