Global Pr & Communications Manager to H&M Home

We are now on the search for a strategic and passionate PR & Communications Manager to join the Global Marketing & Communications team at H&M HOME for a parental cover (15 months). H&M HOME is a global Interior brand within the H&M group - one of the biggest fashion and design companies in the world. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications, this role defines and drives the creative global PR agenda and strategy for H&M HOME to accelerate growth of the brand through continuous and high-quality presence in media and other earned channels. You will be a key player in the Global Marketing & Communications team and work closely with other marketing team members to deliver impactful earned media activities and strong business results. This role requires strategic and tactical media relations knowledge, preferably from a global perspective and experience of establishing close relationships with lifestyle and interior press and influencers. You need to be confident and driven, as well as a strategic thinker who can demonstrate success through numbers and business results. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Shape and lead the Global PR and communications strategy to build brand perception, drive business impact and grow our customer base that in-house teams and agencies follow. • Set an integrated PR communications plan to amplify key brand campaigns, designed to maximize earned media engagement through influencers, journalists and partnerships. • Drive global earned media strategy for relevant media including lifestyle, interiors, news and trade. • Build and nurture strong relationships with international media, agencies, cultural partners and other key stakeholders. • Manage internal communications within the business to highlight the impact of PR & Communication activations. • Manage and coordinate impactful PR campaigns, activities and store launches for key markets in collaboration with full marketing team. • Lead executive profiling and thought leadership. • Develop toolkits and assets for all local PR teams to engage press and influencers in their markets including press releases, messaging documents etc. • Collaborate closely with key markets to create, execute and follow up on activities, both in-house and agency where needed. • Identify opportunities for creative and cultural partnerships connected to global brand initiatives and local events in our key flagship stores. • Manage the global PR budget. • Collaborate with the global Social media team around influencer activations for talent, influencer and creator strategies to maximise impact. • Follow up results, measure communications performance, ensuring all activities deliver meaningful commercial and brand impact. WHO YOU ARE • Experience from senior PR roles, agency and/or in-house, from premium, fashion, lifestyle or interior brands. • Strong understanding of global media, influencer marketing, social media and cultural trends. • A commercial mindset that can connect communications strategy to business performance. • Proven success of leading successful PR campaigns for premium, fashion, lifestyle or interior brands • Experience in managing crisis communications. • Preferably a global network of international key press from key markets such as GB, FR, DE, at a minimum knowledge and experience from working with international media and journalists. • Ability to communicate direction and strategy and make decisions to reach goals. • Fluent knowledge in English, written and spoken. • Passion for brand building with strategy, storytelling, cultural relevance and creativity.
