As maitre, you will define and lead the state-of-the-art service delivery we want our clients at Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura to experience. Job Description Key Accountabilities • Coordinate and manage the “Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura” restaurant, responsible in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager • Define, supervise, and ensure a state-of-the-art service delivery • Greeting and escorting guests with a professional and positive attitude • Oversea the flow of guests within the restaurant • Take care of the administrative work involved • Supervision and responsibility for mise en place proper preparation in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager • Manage eventual clients’ complaints exceeding their expectations • Oversea and pro-actively deal with guest queries and complaints • Advising guests on menus & beverage choice Job Requirements • Solid and significant experience in the hospitality and tourism industry as Maitre Previous experience in luxury contexts will be prioritized. • Excellent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
