• Provide excellent level of customer service to the customers • Provide solutions to customers and to maximize sales by cross-selling and up-selling • Handle customer enquires • Follow up the transaction at cashier counter • Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers on shop promotion • Provide support in stock taking, replenishing and cleaning sales floor • Provide support in merchandising arrivals • Provide support for in-shop events • Provide support in visual merchandising and display • Enforce safety, health and security rules
