Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all. Flexible Scheduling and ReliabilityWeekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6thAll Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th Qualifications/ExperienceSome experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.Ability to support outstanding client service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Team player with a goal-driven mindset.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Meaningful Rewards The compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80/hr.
