Role: Seasonal Store Assistant (Westfield Centro, Oberhausen) Location: Westfield Centro, Oberhausen Contracted hours: 15hrs per week Start date: 1st November 2026 End date: 7th January 2027 The Lounge team is growing! We’re looking for Seasonal Store Assistants to join the talented team based in Westfield Centro, Oberhausen. We’re after someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to support us in bringing Lounge to the high street! Customer Experience is paramount to us as a brand and we are looking for Seasonal Store Assistants who have a true passion for exceptional customer experience and a love of Lounge. This role is vital in helping maintain the close community we have created online, in a real-life environment. As part of our in-store team, you will be responsible for helping to look after and assist all customers that walk through the doors - ensuring you are an expert in all Lounge products and can provide an experience unlike any other to our community. You'll also ensure that customer fittings are done to the highest level and ensure that our store looks and feels like Lounge’s home. Our community will always be the most important thing to us and we want to make sure they are always given the best experience possible. Within this role, we want you to bring your own skills, ideas and experience whilst working with the rest of our retail team to maintain a collaborative, enthusiastic & dedicated culture to the store - ensuring that customer service remains the most important aspect. What you will do at Lounge: • Work closely with our Supervisors and Head of Store to look after each customer, and to provide guidance and support through the customer journey. • Support all customers through the fitting process, ensuring you are an expert in all of Lounge’s products and can give accurate information. • Be a champion for all of Lounge’s brand values. • Maintain a clean, organised stock room, ensuring all products are laid out in store to maintain a high standard. • Accurately handle all transactions and returns process. • Assist each customer through their journey in store whilst providing expert insight into our products. We would love it if you: • Have a true love for lingerie and fashion. • Are a Lounge lover and share our company values. • Have some experience in customer facing roles. • Are an effective problem solver. • Are an exceptional communicator. Eligibility: • You must be legally authorised to work in Germany. • You must be over the age of 18. • You must be able to travel to the store in which you work. Availability: You must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, holidays and non-business hours. Please Note: Interviews will be in English.
